We're looking for a Team Lead with strong experience in medical coding and denial management. The ideal candidate must be certified by AAPC or AHIMA and have hands-on experience in multispecialty coding.
Review and code medical records using ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS
Manage denials, corrections and resubmissions
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with AAPC/AHIMA standards
Work with internal teams to support claim resolution
Maintain quality and productivity as per organizational requirements
Mandatory certification: AAPC or AHIMA
Experience in multispecialty coding, denial coding or inpatient/outpatient coding
Strong understanding of coding guidelines and documentation requirements
Immediate joiners preferred
