They manicure pedicure area was unhygenic and dirty. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. She couldn’t even cut my nails or do cuticle cleaning properly. Terrible experience. Didn’t expect it from a reputed salon chain like Naturals! Wouldn’t recommend it at all.
