EHS Officer
Integrated Facilities Management
Job Description:
Assist in identifying risks and force a pro-active planning process on Environmental, Health and Safety program.
Coordinate safety activities, such as daily safety walkthroughs, toolbox & SIPP/PTP review at the site.
Review, develop, and enforce the implementation of EHS policies and procedures in response with client requirements, company and applicable laws/regulatory.
Observe work in progress and assure safety protocols are being followed.
Support Intel Lab Safety requirements and enable Intel EHS program implementation.
Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions & practices and arising in line with the organization, EHS control practices and programs.
Facilitate EHS Induction and other training mainly on Electrical Safety, Lock-out Tagout, Working at Heights, Confined Space, CoHE, MEWP, etc. for relevant suppliers/contractors,
Arrange, facilitate and track employees/contractors EHS trainings
Facilitate, assist EHS incident investigation in conjunction with line and facility staff personnel.
Provide injury/illness reports for accuracy and completeness.
Manage injury/illness information database and use information to perform trend analysis.
Provide timely reporting of statistical information to EHS Site Manager, JLL Management, local office EHS.
Organize, arrange safety audits, line walk (SMBWA), communicate observations and monitor closure with action owner.
Track EHS Local Regulatory, assess application and communicate implementation to all stakeholders.
Process review EHS permits and monitor compliance, correct outright high risk deficiency findings and recommend solutions.
Guide site team on JHA preparation & support EHS team on review of JHA
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
