Really a good place for workout. Good space and equipments. Best part is you have a dedicated floor for gym and another one for changing and shower. Recently they stopped providing towels, no idea what prompted them to take this decision!!

I am so happy I found this yoga center. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and the instructors provide modifications for all levels. The facilities are clean and well-maintained.

There is a very good facility of ayurvedic treatment. My sister have been suffering from back pain from so many years but she got relief from the pain because of this centre and I also want to thank ms kiran bharti she is very good therapist.she has wonder in her hands I must recommend her .my best wishes to her ♥️♥️

A very awesome experience with ayurvedic treatment and medicine And very grateful to Dr tiwari at kailash health Village my husband has taken treatment for sperm count increase from past one month his reports got positively changed . A very thanks to all the staff n doctors for support.

Gym is quite good with yoga, crossfit and weight training. Also got ayurveda consultations along with a canteen. Good value for money and one of the best gym in noida sector-62.

Gym is well equipped. Friendly staff, easy parking. Great trainer and very helpful specially Parasnath and Raj. It has everything I need for a workout.

One of the best gym in ncr region… best latest equipment n machines… never i have to wait for any station as they have lots of cardio stations n also for strength… best in class all i can say..

I m happy that I got to know about this place I m suffering from hepatitis c since long got relieved in a month I started treatment from Dr Gagan ... It's like a miracle happened to me... I highly recommend this place for all kind of Ayurvedic treatment..
