Health Operations Associate

As a Health Operations Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations, driving superior outcomes, and enabling streamlined operations to cater to the evolving healthcare market. You will be an integral part of the Healthcare Management team responsible for the administration of hospitals, outpatient clinics, hospices, and other healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, department activities, medical and health services, budgeting, research, education, policies, quality assurance, patient services, and public relations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. - Understand, manage, and process electronic submissions such as original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions (e.g., CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions), etc. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) - 1 to 3 years of experience - Language Ability: Intermediate English (Domestic) In this role, you will be expected to solve routine problems following general guidelines and precedents. Your interactions will primarily be within your team and with your direct supervisor. You will receive detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your work directly. As an individual contributor within a team, you will have a predetermined scope of work.
