To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in healthcare counseling or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital, coupled with a deep understanding of healthcare products/services. Your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, as well as your sales and marketing skills, will be key to your success in this role. Possessing relevant certifications in healthcare or sales will be advantageous.
