Job Description:
⦁ Explain treatment options, procedures, packages, and services to patients and their families.
⦁ Understand patient needs and recommend suitable treatments or services.
⦁ Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert inquiries into admissions.
⦁ Address patient doubts and concerns with clarity and empathy.
⦁ Present treatment plans and pricing clearly to help patients make informed decisions.
⦁ Provide accurate information about treatments, facilities, and hospital processes.
⦁ Ensure timely communication between patients and hospital departments.
⦁ Maintain patient databases and documentation.
