Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our exclusive line of surgical instruments and medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the healthcare industry, the ability to engage key decision-makers (surgeons, purchase managers, biomedical teams), and a track record of sales success in hospitals or institutional environments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Promotion: * Promote and sell surgical and medical products to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare institutions. * Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into sales. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals. 2. Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, hospital procurement departments, and distributors. * Act as a brand ambassador for Health Care Inc. and its international principals. 3. Market Development: * Identify new business opportunities and target institutions in assigned regions (Govt. & Pvt. sector). * Keep track of competitor activity and share market intelligence with the management team. 4. Operational Coordination: * Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, after-sales support, and customer service. * Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and customer feedback. Key Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (preferred). * 1-2 years of experience in institutional sales. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
