Health Care Assistant

Role (Remote | 2–4 hrs/day): You will provide primary-care level tele-consults, acting as the clinical anchor for the patient. You aren't just treating symptoms; you are navigating a journey.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct structured clinical history-taking and red-flag screening.
• Provide initial guidance and prescribe medications as per your registration.
• "Translate" complex specialist advice into simple, patient-friendly action plans.
• Maintain unbiased decision support—honestly explaining risks and outcomes.

Requirements

• MBBS with provisional or full registration.
• Calm, clear communication with a "safety-first" mindset.
• Comfort with tele-consult tech (screensharing, EMR, structured notes).

Compensation

• Fixed hourly rate + outcome-based bonuses.
• Pathway to Full-Time: High performers can transition to roles with packages of ₹1.2L–1.5L + variables.

3. Level 3: Specialist Care Navigator (MD/MS)

Focus: Expert Second Opinions and Surgical Planning.

Role (Remote | Case-based): You will handle clinically and financially qualified cases, providing high-level specialty advice for advanced treatments (Onco, MSK, Vascular, etc.).

What You’ll Do

• Deliver unbiased second opinions via tech-enabled consults (reviewing imaging/reports via screenshare).
• Collaborate with operating teams (L4) and internal L1/L2 staff for care continuity.
• Advise against procedures when they are not clinically indicated.

Requirements

• MD/MS/DNB in a relevant specialty.
• Ethical Backbone: Ability to recommend "non-surgical" routes if they are better for the patient.
• Tech-fluency for high-quality remote consultations.
