Description We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to provide excellent health care to our patients. You will work with a variety of patients, and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients, doctors and visitors. You should be able to deal with queries and give accurate information. Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor vitals, provide drugs, administer injections, phlebotomy, ECG, Nebulisations) Monitoring for side effects and record patient’s condition and document provided care services and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, Directly assisting the doctor during medical, dental, surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area. Performing I.V access, Phlebotomy, collection & sending of specimen, oral suctioning, GRBS, Insulin administration, Nebulization, Oxygen inhalation, dressing and pre &/post op care. Responsible for explaining additional post-treatment home care needs to a patient's family or caregiver. Manage inventory and update records in filing system. Maintain proper infection control procedures including instruments disinfection and sterilization. Knowledge of BMW disposal procedures Manage accounts and expenditures. Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team. Assist in home care. Take up other additional duties as assigned. Job description Overview: We are looking for a qualified doctor to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting. This role involves diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, managing chronic diseases, and promoting overall health and wellness. The General Practitioner will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Provide routine examinations, screening tests, health risk assessments, mental health checks, chronic illness care, appropriate treatments, reference to specialists, and provide follow-up care. Treatment and Management: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups. Monitor and manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Prescribe medications and therapies as needed and provide preventive care and health education to patients. Attend emergencies and provide immediate medical attention. Administering medication topically, orally, and via intravenous or intramuscular injections. Collecting fluid and tissue samples and sending these to laboratories for further testing. Patient Care and Counseling: Address patients' health-related queries and provide health counselling to patients. Offer advice on lifestyle changes, diet, and preventive measures to promote health and wellness.
