Job Title: Café Manager Location: Takes over Beans , Sanpada , Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Purchasing & Inventory Management: Source and purchase fresh ingredients, beverages, and café supplies. Maintain stock levels and control wastage. Staffing & Team Management: Hire, train, and manage café staff. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance. Customer Relations: Ensure excellent customer service and handle any complaints or feedback. Build rapport with regular guests. Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee smooth daily operations including opening/closing. Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained. Handle cash and digital payments, basic accounting, and daily sales reports. Marketing & Promotion: Assist in promoting the café through social media and local networking. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–4 years experience in hospitality/F&B management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of accounts & inventory management. Fluent in [languages preferred: English, Hindi, Marathi, etc.]. Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (depending on experience) + incentives.
