Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence on various online marketplaces and platforms. You will be responsible for listing products, optimizing content, coordinating with warehouse/logistics teams, managing pricing and promotions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, uploads, updates, and categorization across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.) Optimize product descriptions, titles, images, and SEO keywords to improve visibility and conversions Monitor daily sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior analytics Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for order fulfillment, stock updates, and returns Plan and execute offers, promotions, and discounts in line with marketing campaigns Handle customer queries, ratings/reviews, and ensure timely responses Track and analyze competition, pricing trends, and marketplace algorithms Prepare and share performance reports and suggest actionable improvements Collaborate with design/content team for banners, creatives, and ad assets Ensure compliance with platform-specific policies, guidelines, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify - it would be better) Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital marketing fundamentals Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical dashboards Familiarity with seller dashboards, campaign tools, and listing portals Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications: Experience in tools like Unicommerce Knowledge of basic photo editing, cataloging, or HTML is a plus Salary: 25k to 35k Working Days :- 6 days a week & 09 Hrs a day Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
