Head Technician / Diagnostic Technician

Lead all technical operations, diagnose complex issues, and ensure high-quality repairs across all vehicle brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics using OBD scanners & tools
• Guide and supervise mechanics & junior technicians
• Troubleshoot engine, electrical, AC, and performance issues
• Ensure repair quality, safety, and workflow efficiency
• Prepare accurate job estimates and repair reports
• Coordinate with Service Advisor for technical updates
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work discipline in the service bay

Requirements:

2+ years experience in multi-brand workshops

• Strong diagnostic & technical skills
• Ability to lead a team and handle complex repairs
• Knowledge of scanning tools, wiring diagrams, and modern car systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
