Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates) across functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess fitment, skills, and cultural alignment. Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Negotiate offers, manage pre-joining engagement, and ensure smooth onboarding. Drive employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, HR processes, and labor regulations. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and sourcing techniques. Familiarity with ATS tools, job boards, and social media recruiting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
