**Job Description:** As a Team Leader in the Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management, and Operations Teams under the Business Banking vertical, your primary responsibility will be to achieve growth in Business banking advances across segments through strategic acquisition and deepening of existing client relationships. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage the Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management, and Operations Teams to achieve growth in Business banking advances. - Strategically acquire new clients and deepen existing client relationships to drive growth. - Focus on New-to-Bank (NTB) acquisition for transaction banking products. - Support the growth of Current Account balances through Business banking offerings. - Ensure a net increase in business banking income as per annual targets. - Develop and execute strategies for cross-selling / up-selling products to existing and new clients. - Monitor accounts effectively to maintain asset quality within defined risk parameters. - Collaborate with Risk and Credit teams for balanced growth and prudent credit decisions. - Oversee the end-to-end Turnaround Time (TAT) for sanctions, disbursements, and processing of customer requests. - Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity. - Build team capabilities through continuous training and performance reviews. - Drive digital initiatives in transaction banking operations to enhance efficiency and customer experience. - Coordinate with internal departments for product enhancements and developments. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. **Company Description:** Workassist is an online recruitment and employment solution platform based in Lucknow, India.
