Role & responsibilities Define and implement the Security policies & procedures and Safety Manual for the premises. Conduct routine audit of the processes. Oversee the smooth and congestion free flow of the vehicular traffic in and out of the premises, Selection of the parking vendor, and training of the vendors staff on better parking management. Training of the Team Security to prevent the theft of companys, its staffs, and clients property, Formation and Implementation of the Loss Prevention Manual for the premises, Training of the staffs on the Loss prevention. Routine training exercises of the Security and Engineering Team and ERT members on various emergencies, Conduct Fire Drills, and Mock Evacuation drills, documentation of the training activities involving the Hospital staffs and circulation of the observations made during the mock evacuation drill to the management Effective liaisoning with the above mentioned agencies to establish and maintain the network with them, for smooth functioning of the hospital, and management of external environment for the hospital Any other role assigned by the HOD. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Experience- 10+ years of relevant experience Qualification- Graduation Mandatory

JOB PURPOSE Provide operational leadership to security functions at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in order to ensure incident free and foolproof security operations thereby providing a safe and secure environment for the passengers, all the stake holders/concessionaries and airport staff. To Lead the Security function at GNIAL and ensure effective implementation of Security processes and procedures in compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements; Assess mitigate any security risks and establish safe environment at the airport premises. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE Min. of 20 years of experience which includes managing the security operations of a large government establishment (Police/ Defense) OR business organization OR an intnl airport handling not less than 7 mppa. Should have well established contacts with State Central level govt. agencies/ senior personnel. Knowledge of ICAO Regulations, ICAO Security Manual, International conventions on security and parallel Indian Laws, BCAS rules regulations and current developments in aviation security. Receive & log calls/complaints/requests from clients/customers/tenants etc into the Servimax. Handle Servimax Software Efficiently and Effectively. Forwarding on reactive calls to shift engineers. Issue job cards. Inputting weekly timesheets from Engineers. Answering queries from the tenants Liaising frequently with tenants Generating Performance reports to present to Mall Manager on Monthly basis Maintaining the ongoing works schedule Filing of paperwork Taking/Producing Minutes of Weekly and Monthly Meetings Daily operations of the Help Desk function including delivery, problem escalation/resolution. Notify the Safety & Security Head/ Officer and Mall Manager on site at the time of all Emergency Calls.
