Role & responsibilities : The position has the overall responsibility for the execution of Commercial IT Park project. Ensuring timely completion of projects and execution levels of the highest grade. Directing and monitoring projects progress by coordinating with architects, consultants, contracts and site engineering teams. Defining technical specifications, budgeting and cost estimates, installation, commissioning etc. Responsible for Project Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling and Cost Control. Maintaining strict quality control procedures - regular testing of materials, inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc. Liaison between Top Management, Clients, Consultants and PMCs, MIS reporting on project progress. Preferred candidate profile Should have driven and executed large scale IT Parks, Shopping Malls, 5 Star Hotels, SEZs and Commercial IT Building.
