Head of User Experience (UX)

Experience in designing business workflows for lending and insurance industries is highly desirable. Collaboration with design leaders, teams, and stakeholders will be key, focusing on planning, prioritizing design deliverables, resource management, schedule tracking, risk mitigation, and innovative solutions development. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business functionalities and develop software products for web and mobile applications, emphasizing customer experience - Use design tools such as Figma, Marvel, Sketch, and InVision for designing - Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate approach notes into wireframes and mockups for intuitive customer experiences - Monitor product usage, provide insights for enhancement, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of experience in digital agencies, product design, and interaction design - At least 8 years in design leadership and mobile design - Proven experience in designing customer experiences for financial and insurance digital products - Strong time management, prioritization, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly - Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills If you are passionate about customer experience, design, and innovation, we welcome you to join our team at Novac Technology Solutions Private Limited.,
