Key Responsibilities

Consumer Growth at Scale

• Build and scale high-velocity consumer acquisition engines across paid and organic channels
• Drive growth across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencer marketing, referrals, partnerships, and offline activations
• Own and optimize CAC, LTV, cohorts, retention, frequency, and unit economics
• Scale the platform from thousands to millions of users with predictable growth outcomes

Brand Building

• Create a distinct, mass-appeal yet premium brand in a competitive market
• Lead large-scale brand campaigns, launches, and cultural moments (digital-first, ATL where required)
• Build strong brand recall, trust, and emotional connection with users and creators

Creator-Led & Community Marketing

• Leverage creators as core growth channels, not just customers
• Build referral loops, ambassador programs, and virality engines
• Turn creators into long-term brand advocates and community leaders

Marketing Leadership & Scale

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization (performance, brand, content, CRM, lifecycle)
• Establish strong dashboards, review mechanisms, and growth rituals
• Partner closely with founders and leadership on growth strategy, positioning, and market expansion

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading marketing for high-growth consumer brands or platforms
• Proven track record of scaling acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand marketing, and lifecycle growth
• Deep data orientation with comfort owning metrics and dashboards
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments

Nice-to-Have / Bonus Skills

• Experience in marketplace or two-sided platforms
• Experience in 0?1 or 1?10 startup growth phases
• Experience building iconic brand moments in the Indian consumer ecosystem
• Strong product intuition and customer-first mindset
