Head of Legal - Real Estate

Our client, a prominent Real Estate conglomerate in India, is looking for a seasoned professional to join them as an Executive Director/Head - Legal. The ideal candidate should have in-depth expertise in Real Estate, Private Equity, Corporate Structure, Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). Key Requirements: - Essential requirement of prior experience in Real Estate. - Preferred industry background includes Law firms specializing in Real Estate or Real Estate developers/RE Funds. - Proven track record in real estate M&A, transactions, and corporate structure. - Educational background in Law. - A minimum of 15 to 22 years of relevant work experience is required.
