About the Role

Head of Landscape

The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, deep technical expertise, and proven experience leading teams through all project stages from concept and master planning to detailed design and on-site implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership:

  Lead the creative direction for all landscape projects, ensuring the highest design quality and innovation.

• Project Oversight:

  Oversee all phases of landscape projects, from concept design to construction documentation and site supervision.

• Team Management:

  Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of landscape architects, designers, and external consultants.

• Client Engagement:

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting ideas, leading design reviews, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with architecture, urban design, and interior teams to deliver cohesive, integrated design solutions.

• Technical Excellence:

  Ensure all drawings, specifications, and design packages meet regulatory and sustainability standards.

• Business Development:

  Contribute to studio growth through new business opportunities, competitions, and high-profile project bids.

• Quality Assurance:

  Maintain and elevate design standards across all landscape deliverables within the studio.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum

  15+ years of professional experience

  with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience delivering high-profile, award-winning landscape projects.
• Strong conceptual and design thinking skills with an excellent design portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of plant design, site systems, materials, and sustainability practices.
• Proficient in key design tools (AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion/Enscape, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
