Job Description

Define and implement Application Security policies and standards, with hands-on involvement in technical decision-making and tool integration.
Lead the adoption of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices, including secure coding, threat modeling, and developer enablement.
Oversee and optimize the use of DAST, SAST, and other AppSec tools for vulnerability detection and remediation.
Collaborate directly with engineering teams to review code, assess architectures, and guide secure design decisions.
Write and refine technical guidelines and documentation, ensuring clarity and relevance across diverse technologies and products.
Partner with global teams to drive alignment, share best practices, and elevate security awareness across the organization.

All you need is...

Proven experience in technical leadership roles within Application Security, preferably in large-scale, global tech environments.
Hands-on expertise in secure coding, vulnerability management, and AppSec tooling (DAST, SAST, IAST, etc.).
Strong understanding of software architecture and development processes.
Excellent communication skills able to translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance.

Experience working with distributed global teams and influencing across functions
