1. Strategic Leadership & Digital Growth

  • P&L Ownership:

    Define and execute the end-to-end e-commerce roadmap to hit aggressive monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conversion Optimization:

    Lead the strategy for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), Average Order Value (AOV), and retention.
  • Brand Positioning:

    Ensure the digital storefront reflects the premium, high-trust experience of the Cosmos brand through superior UI/UX and storytelling.

2. Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • High-Intent Growth:

    Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimize performance marketing budgets across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
  • Data Intelligence:

    Utilize Google Analytics and heatmapping tools to translate complex user behavior into actionable site improvements.
  • SEO & Visibility:

    Oversee a robust organic strategy to ensure Cosmos Diamonds dominates search for ethical and luxury lab-grown diamonds.

3. Merchandising & Revenue Management

  • Assortment Planning:

    Partner with the Merchandising team to curate digital-first collections and manage inventory health.
  • Dynamic Pricing:

    Implement promotional strategies and pricing frameworks that balance volume with luxury margins.
  • Forecasting:

    Lead demand planning and sales forecasting to ensure the production pipeline matches digital growth trends.

4. Operational Excellence & CX

  • Luxury Fulfillment:

    Oversee the end-to-end logistics chain, ensuring that packaging, unboxing, and delivery timelines meet luxury standards.
  • Post-Purchase Experience:

    Refine the White Glove customer service approach, managing returns, high-value inquiries, and feedback loops to drive a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    47 years in a leadership or senior managerial role within E-commerce (D2C Jewellery or Luxury Fashion experience is a significant advantage).
  • Technical Stack:

    Deep proficiency in Shopify/Magento, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and advanced Excel/MIS reporting.
  • Analytical Rigor:

    Proven ability to turn raw data into strategic business pivots.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Exceptional communication skills to lead cross-functional efforts between Tech, Design, Production, and Retail.
