Head of D2C & Growth Marketing

As the Head of D2C at www.eatbetterco.com, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer experience, acquisition, and conversion funnel. You will also be in charge of tech deployment, working closely with developers to ship out new features, manage integrations, and ensure a mobile-first, fast-loading experience across devices. Additionally, you will own the website performance, focusing on stability, growth in traffic, and continuous improvement of website usability through analysis of heatmaps, user flows, and session recordings. Collaboration with growth and performance marketing teams will be essential to enhance landing pages, reduce bounce rate, and increase conversion rate. It is crucial to stay updated with e-commerce best practices, competition benchmarking, and emerging technologies to drive success in this role. In terms of required skills and qualifications, you must have familiarity with e-commerce tech stacks like Shopify, a strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, and a basic understanding of UI/UX best practices for e-commerce. Technical acumen, particularly in working with Shopify apps, is a must. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity for independent deep thinking and collaborative execution with cross-functional teams are also necessary. A good understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads will be beneficial for this role.
