Our mission is to empower MFDs with technology, insights, and resources todeliver exceptional value to their clients.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Head of Content & Social Media to define, execute, and scale Wealthys contentand social presence. This is a leadership role that combines hands-on strategy with team-building.You will manage our writers, designers and editors while hiring and mentoring new talent, includingsocial media and content. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of financial investmentproducts, experience in the wealth management/fintech space, and a proven record of buildinghigh-performing content teams from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Social Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated content and social mediaplan aligned with brand and business goals.Team Building & People Management: Hire and onboard social media specialists, writers,and other content roles to strengthen the function.Financial Expertise: Create and oversee content that reflects a strong understanding ofmutual funds, wealth management, and investment products.Content Production: Oversee production of blogs, educational articles, newsletters, socialposts, videos, infographics, and resources for MFDs and investors.Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive voice, style, and tone across all channels.Analytics & Optimization: Track performance of content and social initiatives, using data torefine strategy.RequirementsExperience: Minimum 8 years in content marketing/communications, with at least 3 yearsin a leadership role.Industry Knowledge: Mandatory experience in financial services, wealthtech, fintech, orinvestment advisory sectors.Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of mutual funds, investment products, and financialmarkets (non-negotiable).Strategic & Execution Skills: Ability to design and execute scalable content programs.Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially insimplifying complex financial topics.Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with CMS, SEO, social media management tools, andanalytics platforms.
