Role Overview: You will establish and retain high levels of client engagement and relationship. Additionally, you will participate in a daily teleconference call to discuss performance summaries, service/program goals, variances, corrective actions, and resolution time frames. Understanding the client's core objectives, meeting driven timelines, identifying key program requirements, and ensuring all specified requirements are met will be crucial. You will communicate and collaborate with clients to enhance business, optimize costs, and productivity. Implementing preventive and corrective measures to address failure points impacting business and customers will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will work closely with operational teams to gather input, generate ideas, analyze risks, manage client escalations, and establish common goals across functional boundaries.
