Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and mentor the Quality Control team. Develop, implement, and oversee all QC procedures and protocols. Supervise analytical testing using GC, HPLC, Spectrophotometer, and other advanced techniques. Ensure all processes and products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP). Train and develop QC team members to enhance their skills and performance. Requirements: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in a Quality Control role.
