Head - Enterprise Data Management and Analytics

In this role, you will be a senior technology leader leading a global team of 300+ people across various sites and functions to drive data management, analytics, data sciences, and AI capabilities globally. You will work closely with diverse business functions and vendors to drive automation, build AI capabilities, and enhance efficiencies across platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of 300+ employees focusing on data management, data analytics, platform integrations, and AI to execute the global strategy. - Collaborate with different business functions and vendors to implement automation and develop AI capabilities to drive efficiencies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 20+ years of experience post MS/Masters in a global environment within a reputed MNC. - Strong background in leading teams in enterprise data management, data analytics, and AI with a team size of at least 200+ employees. - Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a successful track record in a global setting. - Previous experience in a global role leading multicultural teams is preferred by our client.,
