As an Enterprise Analytics Leader at Tesco, you will play a crucial role in championing the sustainable growth of Enterprise Analytics as a strategic value generation engine. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with business leaders to visualize analytics roadmaps for various functions and markets. - Establishing Enterprise Analytics as a capability center for state-of-the-art analytics. - Positioning yourself as an analytics thought leader within Tesco and the industry. - Demonstrating commercial accountability by quantifying value generation through analytics. - Ensuring execution rigor to deliver the best potential solutions to identified business problems. - Leading a large analytics team through the transformation of becoming a value generation center. - Attracting the right talent and unlocking the untapped potential of existing talent. Qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. - Experience in senior executive partnering and strategic decision making. - Knowledge of the Analytics Tech Stack and analytical thought leadership. - Previous experience in retail analytics and driving analytics transformations. - Exposure to best-in-class analytics capabilities on an international level. - Demonstrated people leadership skills in managing large teams. - Proficiency in budget and ROI management.
