Head Counsellor

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team. The role involves guiding students in choosing the right career path, courses, and universities, along with supporting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding educational opportunities, career goals, and admission processes.
• Guide students in choosing suitable programs based on their profile and aspirations.
• Provide detailed information about universities, courses, scholarships, and admission criteria.
• Assist with application processes, documentation, and visa requirements.
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure smooth conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field).
• Prior experience as a counselor in the education industry (domestic/overseas) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple student queries and provide personalized guidance.
• Sales/target-oriented mindset with student-first approach.
• Knowledge of international education systems (UK, Canada, USA, Europe, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
