As the Head Chef at Unaav - The Dakshin Cafe located in Dwarka, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and innovating new dishes to enhance our menu offerings. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your expertise in South Indian cuisine and traditional cooking techniques to deliver authentic and delicious dishes. You will be expected to lead a culinary team, oversee kitchen operations efficiently, and maintain a high level of creativity in developing new recipes and menu items. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef. A degree in hotel management would be advantageous.
