You will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations as a Resort Head Chef and Assistant Chef at Silver Oak Resort, Kadassery, Vaduvanchal, Meppadi, Wayand. Your role will involve preparing South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese cuisine to the highest standards and ensuring beautiful presentation of all dishes. You should have a Diploma or Degree in Culinary Art or Hotel Management. Additionally, you are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the kitchen staff and interact with guests. Innovation in developing new dishes to enhance the menu will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
