Head - Business Planning & Analysis

The role involves preparing, analyzing, and reporting financial and non-financial performance of the respective business across different geographies and segments under Airtel. You will provide the necessary information to the management to facilitate decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include submitting business plans and monthly P&L forecasts, monitoring key statistics through financial reports and variance analysis, preparing the Annual Operating Plan based on growth factors, market data, and competition benchmarking, identifying process weaknesses and suggesting improvements, validating various business cases for OPEX/CAPEX approvals, monitoring product/segment/region-wise performance, and driving profitability by reducing costs and eliminating inefficiencies. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of major data business products and financial statements, possess excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, demonstrate a high degree of process and result orientation, exhibit good communication skills for interaction with senior management. The ideal candidate should hold a CA or MBA in Finance to meet the educational qualifications required for this position.,
