As an Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor in Cyber Security at CT Group of Institutions, your primary role will be to contribute to high-quality teaching, research, and academic administration in the field of Cyber Security. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering lectures and lab sessions at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. - Mentoring students for projects, internships, and placements. - Developing curriculum and instructional materials that are in line with current industry trends. - Conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals/conferences. - Applying for research grants and establishing collaborations with industry and academic institutions. To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Educational Qualifications: M.E./M.Tech. in Cyber Security / Computer Science / Information Technology or a closely related discipline. Ph.D. in Cyber Security or allied area is highly preferred (mandatory for Associate Professor and Professor levels). Certifications in Cyber Security will be an added advantage. - Experience Requirements: - Assistant Professor: Fresh or up to 3 years of teaching/research/industry experience (Ph.D. preferred). - Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, including at least 3 years as Assistant Professor. - Professor: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 4 years as Associate Professor. Preferred Areas of Specialization include: - Network Security - Cryptography - Ethical Hacking - Digital Forensics - Malware Analysis - Cloud Security - Security Auditing & Compliance Key Skills required for this role are: - Strong subject knowledge in Cyber Security and emerging technologies. - Excellent communication and classroom management skills. - Proficiency with online teaching tools and modern pedagogical approaches. - Commitment to continuous academic growth and innovation.
