Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Growth 1. Identify new business opportunities across Facility Management requirements for different Industries. 2. Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets. 3. Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, conversion, and client acquisition. 4. Maintain high conversion ratio and enhance deal closure efficiency 5. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. 6. Maintain strict confidentiality Sales Planning & Strategy 1. Develop and implement and comprehensive sales strategy for Facility / Property Management services, Pre & Post-possession services (HOTO). 2. Lead the bid Management process including tender identification, pricing strategies and contract negotiations. 3. Stay updated on Facilities Management Industry competitors strategies, and pricing models to maintain a healthy competitive edge. Client Relationship (CRM) 1. Ensure smooth client onboarding and post-possession support in collaboration with Operations teams. 2. Identify opportunities for additional services and upgrade within existing accounts. 3. Act as the escalation point for all client related issues. 4. Maintain 100% retention of strategic accounts Preferred candidate profile Good Experience in BUSNIESS DEVELPMENT. Good Communication is required.
