As the Head of BESS Battery Design and Engineering, you will spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage Systems. Your leadership will guide engineering teams through the innovation and optimization process, ensuring top-tier performance of our BESS solutions while adhering to industry standards and regulations. - Lead the Design and Engineering of BESS solutions. - Oversee and mentor engineering teams working on BESS projects. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BESS with other technologies. - Drive innovation to improve system performance, efficiency, and reliability. - Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on complex engineering challenges. - Stay updated with advancements in battery technology and renewable energy storage. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of experience in battery design and engineering. - Proven leadership experience in a technical or engineering role. - In-depth knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
