As a Senior 3D ArchViz Walkthrough Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in creating realistic architectural walkthroughs and immersive visual experiences. Your expertise in 3D visualization, animation, and real-time rendering will be utilized to bring architectural designs to life. Your main responsibility will involve developing high-quality photorealistic architectural walkthroughs using 3DSMax. You will also be tasked with creating seamless, immersive animations that showcase architectural projects, including interiors, exteriors, and landscapes. Additionally, you will optimize 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials for high-performance rendering. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and ensure accurate visual representation. Quality control is also essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all visuals meet high aesthetic and technical standards before client presentation. To excel in this position, you should have expertise in software such as D5, Corona Renderer (Photorealistic Rendering), and 3DS Max. Experience in creating high-quality architectural walkthroughs & flythroughs, lighting, shading, and texturing for realistic visual output, as well as knowledge of PBR Materials and HDRI-based lighting, will be beneficial.
