Ensure that all contracts and agreements comply with legal requirements and company guidelines. Customer Engagement and Retention: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the companys product portfolio and generate new leads. Sales Performance Tracking: Regularly assess personal sales performance against targets and take corrective actions where necessary to meet or exceed goals. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
