Roles and Responsibilities Manage dealer sales, distributor sales, and territory sales for plastic furniture products. Develop business relationships with customers to increase sales revenue. Identify new market opportunities and expand product offerings in the polymer industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Key Purpose: To ensure the production of high-quality PVC HDPE pipes that meet all relevant standards and customer specifications. This role is crucial in maintaining product quality, minimizing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products at various stages of the manufacturing process. Monitor and control critical quality parameters as per the inspection plan. Utilize appropriate inspection techniques (visual, dimensional, physical, chemical) to identify defects and non-conformances. Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and observations accurately. Enter inspection data into the ERP Excel sheets for record-keeping and analysis. 2. Defect Identification Resolution: Promptly identify and report any product defects or non-conformances to the Higher Authorities. Recommend conduct corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues. Conduct root cause analysis investigations to prevent future occurrences of defects. Initiate production stoppages when necessary to prevent the production of defective products. 3.Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all relevant quality standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN etc.) and customer specifications. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions as per ISO. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing defects. 4.Quality System Adherence: Stay updated on the latest quality management systems and industry best practices. Participate Conduct training programs to enhance quality knowledge and skills. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement plans. 5.Education Experience: Education: Diploma/B.E. in Engineering (preferably in Plastics/Polymer/Mechanical) Experience: 2-4 years of experience in quality control within the PVC/HDPE pipe manufacturing industry or Manufacturing Industry. Should be able to work in Rotational Shift of company.

Dimensional Accuracy Checks- Verify pipe dimensions, including wall thickness, diameter, and ovality, using precision measuring tools like micrometers and Vernier calipers. Hydrostatic Pressure Testing- Test pipe performance under specified pressure levels to assess durability and identify leaks or weaknesses. Heat Reversion and Environmental Testing- Conduct tests to measure heat reversion, UV resistance, and other environmental factors affecting pipe performance. In-Process Quality Monitoring- Collect and test samples during production to ensure consistent quality at various manufacturing stages. Compliance Documentation- Maintain accurate records of all test results and prepare detailed reports for internal and external quality audits. Lab Equipment Calibration and Maintenance- Calibrate testing instruments regularly and ensure their proper functioning to avoid inaccuracies in results. Support for Audits and Certifications- Assist in preparing the lab and documentation for certifications such as ISO 9001:2015, NSF compliance audits. Safety and Lab Maintenance- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and equipment, maintain cleanliness in the lab, and follow safety protocols at all times.
