You are an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead who will be responsible for taking charge of integration, reporting, and data migration projects. Your role will involve leading complex Oracle Cloud implementations from start to finish in dynamic environments. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOAP/REST APIs, managing data conversions with FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL tools, creating reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and Smart View. You will collaborate closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide guidance to junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8-10 years of Oracle Fusion Applications technical experience with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position on Oracle Fusion technical projects. You must possess expertise in Fusion ERP/HCM modules such as AP, AR, GL, and HCM, along with strong skills in SQL/PLSQL, FBDI, OIC, BI Publisher, and integration frameworks. Your problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities should be excellent. Preferred certifications for this role include Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Specialist, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations, and Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM Certifications.
