As a member of the Digital and AI Tech Center of Excellence (CoE) at TVS Motor Company, you will be responsible for managing AV solutions and devices across all locations of TVS Motor and its group entities. In addition, you will oversee critical meetings such as Board meetings and TP meetings, as well as support the IT needs of the Senior Leadership team, including mobile and laptop configurations. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing AV systems, leading AV projects from conception to completion, overseeing installation and integration of AV systems, providing technical support and maintenance, mentoring junior engineers and technicians, maintaining documentation, and interacting closely with clients to understand their AV needs and deliver tailored solutions. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/BTech) or a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) with over 10 years of relevant experience. You should possess in-depth knowledge of AV technologies, project management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and a keen attention to detail.
