The ideal candidate will ensure that all company standards and procedures are followed while handling government and institutional tenders. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying and tracking relevant tenders. Preparation and submission of quotations, offers, and bids. Handling online bidding and e-tendering processes. Following up on tenders and bid submissions. Maintaining accurate documentation and filing of all tender-related documents. Coordinating and communicating effectively with government clients and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers). Ensuring compliance with tender requirements and internal guidelines. Requirements: Hands-on experience in e-tendering processes, especially with various government departments. Well-versed with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and other government tender portals. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good documentation and organizational abilities. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in estimation and proposal preparation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
