As a Manager of Development in Core Finance, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support in designing and developing technology solutions to meet business requirements related to reporting and data processing on S4-HANA, BW, and ABAP. You will be tasked with delivering outcomes for the Enhance FR project using SAP BW and HANA technology in alignment with the Technology and Operations strategy. Additionally, you will support the Financial controllership domain in achieving project objectives for the Enhanced FR project. It is essential to be familiar with the System Delivery Framework (SDF) and New Ways of Working for project delivery. While there are no people management responsibilities associated with this role, you will be required to share technical knowledge with other team members. Furthermore, it is crucial to ensure that this role is managed in accordance with defined policies and standards, and to provide timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must possess hands-on experience in SAP BW on HANA/S4 Embedded BW, expertise in CDS views and native HANA data modeling, and experience in building HANA views using SDI/SDA and ETL processes. Proficiency in creating ADSO/CUBE, HCPR design, and modeling in BW on HANA, as well as working on complex Bex queries, is essential. Experience in SAC story development for dashboard requirements, writing ABAP code for BW routines and customer exits, and a good understanding of HANA Life-Cycle Management are also required. Additionally, experience in working with multiple source systems, integrating legacy system data with SAP, and BW-specific functional knowledge of various SAP Modules are important for this role. Qualifications for this position include a BE/B. Tech degree or equivalent, with expertise in SAP-S4-HANA, BW, and ABAP. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to deliver in tight timelines, work effectively in a team, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience in AFO reporting and a minimum of 3-4 full lifecycle project experiences are preferred.
