As a Total Rewards Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs for clients with Compensation & Benefits experience. You will be responsible for applying current concepts, approaches, techniques, and terms to achieve organizational goals by designing compensation strategies, plans, and policies. This includes salary administration, incentive plans, stock-based programs, understanding motivation factors, performance evaluation, labor market dynamics, budgeting, laws, regulations, and designing compensation programs tailored to specific job families, units/functions, and organizational levels. To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience and the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 1+ years of team handling experience - 4+ years of extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits/ER/GM/Performance management - Experience in working on HCM systems - Client/stakeholder engagement in an outsourcing environment - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Attention to detail and quality-driven in communications and system transactions - Strong English language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong MS Office and Excel skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and client interfacing abilities - Teamwork and collaboration skills - Basic leadership and coaching skills - Willingness to work in flexible shifts and weekends - Proficient with Business Excellence Practices - Experience in new process transition and HRO setup for multi-country support - Multi-cultural awareness - Versant score of 62 - Ability to pass the psychometric test - Mandate to work from the office In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems - Interacting with peers within Accenture and potentially with clients and/or Accenture management - Working with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments - Making decisions that impact your work and potentially the work of others - Acting as an individual contributor and/or overseeing a small work effort or team Please be aware that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
