Job Duties and Responsibilities As a manager, you will lead a team of Workday SMEs including business analysts and engineers that partners closely with BT and Business teams to deliver E2E solutions, including Enhancements, integrations, and Reports and drive innovation and automation opportunities. You will evaluate business requirements and map them to the existing applications and solutions, ensuring they are aligned with broader architectural and security standards and meet tactical and strategic objectives. You will collaborate with a broad set of HR Businesses, BT partners, and vendors. Use keen business process understanding, appreciation for simplicity and quality, out-of-the-box thinking, and a bit of elbow grease to build holistic solutions that meet business and technology objectives while furthering Okta s long-range goals. Leverage your hands-on experience in HCM including applications such as Workday, Cornerstone OnDemand, Greenhouse, ADP and others to manage complex Workday projects and support team members on their deliverables Able to guide the team on Design, building, Test, and deploying solutions within HR business processes and applications. Provide strategic direction, establish performance goals, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment Mentor and develop a team though developing training programs, promoting knowledge sharing,and detailed technical documentation to enhance team capabilities and system expertise Lead a team that provides technical support and troubleshooting for day-to-day production issues within Workday and peripheral systems. Contribute to our overall SDLC processes across business and BT while improving the health of the existing HCM applications. Act as a trusted advisor to Business teams by proactively understanding business pain points and proposing solutions that are scalable,efficient, and deliver a seamless user experience. Excellent communication skills, both in formal and informal settings with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding. Required Skills: 10+ years of Workday HCM hands on experience with focus on Workday 3+ years of leadership experience managing HRIS/Workday teams Be an expert in Workday modules, including advanced proficiency in: Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Advance Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, Benefits and Custom Reports Deep understanding of core HCM supporting multi-country configurations. (e.g. localization, time zones, compliance) Should have supported Workday integrations to LMS applications such as Cornerstone OnDemand; Recruiting application such as Greenhouse or Workday Recruiting Should have successfully led and managed benefits open enrollments, annual compensation cycles, talent performance, calibration and goal planning and alignment. Strong understanding of Workday integration technologies (APIs, EIBs, Core Connectors and RaaS (Report as a service) with boundary applications Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, EIBs, reporting, and calculated fields. The maintenance mechanic will be responsible for performing regular checks and planned maintenance activities on the Hard Capsule Machine (HCM) and attend to routine and recurring issues. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for performing weekly and Monthly checks and planned maintenance activity on HCM(Hard Capsule Machine). Attends routine and repeating HCM issues- Sensor stops, Manual stops and Capsule quality. Also Supports size changeovers and ensures HCM Stabilization for consistent and efficient operations. Carry out PMs as per Procedure. Carry out actions based on observations listed in Daily checks. To crosscheck and keep ready kits/parts and sub- assemblies required for Planned Maintenance. To stop machine and carry out maintenance as decided in Morning meetings/ Supervisor To take part in size changes, any other job as decided by the Maintenance Supervisor. To check daily STAS and troubleshoot repeating Stops, Long stops and do RCA with the Maintenance Supervisor. To actively participate with Quality Teams for Scrape Holes, Length etc. To fill all records as required by procedures. To adhere to EHS and GMP/GDP guidelines Knowledge of the lathe and milling operations. Key Requirements: Minimum ITI (Mechanical) education would be preferred. 2-6 Years in HCM maintenance. Key responsibilities: Follows gowning procedure, personal hygiene, and GMP procedures. Shift charge handover, takeover should be done by the operator at the work place. Ensure that machine should run continuous to get the optimize output & with follow the GMP. Read and follow the instruction given in WOP to meet the specific process parameter. Sample checking of capsules with reference of control sample and identify any defects and categorize the type of defects in to the inspection report. Do corrective actions for the quality defect or set the production process. Coordinate with GMR (Gelatin melting area) & Engineering team for smooth operation of HCM and Borsor or ILD(Inline Drying machine) and I Box. Maintain the documentations and records for production machine and follows the SOP. Do the changeover on machine from one order to another. Complete line clearance of machine and do all the setups for new order. Clean and inspect equipment for foreign capsule and record all the observations in Line clearance sheet and get verify by the supervisor. Follow all SOP (Standard Operating procedure) and programs for environmental, health, safety from the corporate, division, government, plant EHS officer, or safety committee. Continuously follow-up the GMP of the plant to ensure that all cleaning is done and there machines, floors, walls and equipment are clean. In addition to the follow the instructions given by the seniors for any changes and maintain the good behavior within the team. Execute all jobs to be assigned during shutdown period. Training: Attained all the training by the operators, which assigned by seniors. Enhance the skill of work as an operator at Borsor, HCM and I Box. Key Requirements: operation excellence (5s & autonomous maintenance) knowledge in GMP & GDP Min. 3 years experience required Maintenance experience is added advantage
