Strong understanding of HR processes and data management. Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., SAP HCM, payroll). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Performance & Goals, Learning). Familiarity with local compliance and regulatory requirements. Experience working with multinational clients. Mandatory Skills: SAP SuccessFactor Employee Central. Experience8-10 Years.
