Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the best business practices and impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud Talent Management as a solution. Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Goal & Performance, Succession Planning, Talent Pool, Talent Review Meeting, Career Development & Profile Management Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live Supporting data migration activities Assist the integration team to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions Ability to create functional design documents Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system. Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.
