Oracle Project Manager Worksite Location: Hyderabad(Remote) Type: Permanent Position Job Description: At least 14 years of experience working with Oracle Applications. Should have experience working as a Project Manager managing Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with Oracle ERP and CRM. Experience in managing CRM Salesforce implementations is a plus. Good understanding of Oracle ERP modules and process flows. Experience defining and managing project plans, managing milestones, budgets, and engagement profitability. Experience in Stakeholder Management. Bachelor's Degree. Duties: Work as an engagement manager for an assignment. Work with a global team to ensure successful delivery of the project from start to finish. As an engagement manager, define project plans, allocate project tasks, monitor progress, and manage budgets, manage client, project team, manage conflicting priorities, and conflict resolution. Ability to do hands-on project implementation work in function or technical areas as needed. Anticipate project risks and define a strategy to mitigate those. Ensure customer engagements are successful.
