The role of Director Managed Services at UKG Pune office in India is a key leadership position accountable for the Managed Services business in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing metrics, SLAs, transition, training, and monitoring of processes to ensure the best interests of the business are met. You will lead and manage the Managed Services teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to optimize operational excellence and cultivate experienced talent. As the Director Managed Services, you will engage with key stakeholders and internal customers to define and meet expectations, act as a point of escalation for US teams, and ensure resources are aligned to meet business demands. You will champion a culture of customer service and satisfaction, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and uphold process controls to mitigate risks. To qualify for this position, you should have 16-20 years of work experience in the HCM domain or related fields, including customer services or BPM. An MBA, bachelor's degree, or CA qualification is required. You should have experience in building and managing teams, leading business transformation initiatives, and possess strong people management, interpersonal, and communication skills. Being results-oriented, self-motivated, and having excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and any gaps. Lead the planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of projects. Understand and configure the Workday HCM and Core Compensation domains, documenting as necessary. Utilize your business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement. Work with colleagues across various domains to deliver results and take ownership of both individual and team outcomes.
