As a Oracle Cloud Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. Role- Oracle Cloud HCM Technical (Fast Formula) FAST FORMULA experience is mandatory Exp- less than 5 years Budget- max 21 LPA Preferred candidate profile We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas used across the HCM modules. Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.) Proficient in writing complex conditional logic and calculations. Experience working in Oracle HCM implementations or support projects. Design and implement Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including: Payroll Calculation Rules Absence Accruals and Plans Benefits Eligibility Compensation Rules Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing formulas. Utilize Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit tracing. Use database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic.
